Light and Portable

With light and compact design, the SmartLink system can be hand-held or backpacked to the front line, and rapidly deployed to establish a wireless network within one minute. The portable station has a built-in 236Wh high-capacity battery, which supports up to 12-hour high-intensity calls (30% call ratio).

Flexible and Wide-range Networking

The SmartLink Ad Hoc solution supports flexible and dynamic networking modes including chain, star, tree, and hybrid. The chain mode supports up to 32 nodes relay. Temporary increasing or decreasing the number of nodes does not affect the normal operation, making it capable of networking in a variety of outdoor and indoor scenarios.

Operating with high-power transmission (25W) and high receiving sensitivity (0.14uV), the SmartLink system can achieve wider coverage by a single node, thereby saving customer expenditure.

DMR Open Standard Compliance

Compliant with DMR open standard, SmartLink solution is compatible with radios of mainstream DMR manufacturers, protecting customer's historical investment.

Various Services, Easy Configuration

SmartLink Ad Hoc solution supports PTT, SMS, positioning, and other services to meet the needs of front-line emergency communications.

The portable station has a large screen and button panel, which can be used to conveniently modify the frequency and other settings on the spot to adapt to the complex environment.

The portable station also has a hand microphone / headphone interface to keep communicating with other portable radios and stations at any time.

Remote Management and Maintenance

In various front-line situations, SmartLink Ad Hoc solution supports wireless remote management and maintenance, which enables management of specific nodes in real time.

Meanwhile, the administrator can observe the location of the Ad Hoc nodes and signal strength to have an intuitive understanding of the network coverage.

Carrier Network as Backup

When a specific node is disconnected due to long distance or obstruction, SmartLink Ad Hoc solution supports using optional 4G carrier network link to maintain the connection with other nodes to ensure uninterrupted communications.

As the 4G carrier network link adopts a hot-backup solution, the switching process is automatic; no manual intervention is required.

Ruggedized Design and Reliable Quality

The SmartLink equipment is compliant with IP67 and MIL-STD-810G standard and can withstand harsh environments such as high/low temperature and solar radiation, meeting the requirements of complex all-weather scenarios.

To realize long-term operation in the field, the system supports various power supply modes such as battery, AC-to-DC power supply and solar power supply.
